the location suited my needs well with easy access to public transport. upon arrival, i found the staff greeted me warmly and check-in was quick. the room featured amenities including a coffee machine. i found the water was indeed piping hot and the shower worked well.
i noticed some narrow access to the bed in the room i used. the lighting could also be improved for better visibility. these small adjustments would enhance future stays.

I enjoyed the coffee machine in the room, it made a great espresso each morning. the bed was very comfortable. I slept well. it was easy to get to the tube station, a short walk on fulham broadway.
the pub didn't open until 4pm, so there was no one available for check-in before that time.
